ValorForge Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Tracking Information

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your household, neighbors, building office, local post office, or shipping carrier first.

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Orders

ValorForge Threads is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or delivery issues outside our control, but we will assist where possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective item.
International customs fees, import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and similar charges are not refundable through ValorForge Threads.
